JPEG Comment Editor can add comments to any of your pictures.
Adding comments to pictures is a simple task that does not require any graphical skills on your part. There is a built-in search feature so you can search all the comments stored with the picture. Search will automatically display thumbnail images in search results.
The program has several options to load JPEG files for processing. You can browse through your system and open it manually, you can drag and drop files, you can add folder containing files, and you can also copy and paste files as well.
