Puran Permanent Delete is a file destruction utility that can make files unrecoverable once deleted.
When a file is deleted in Windows, the actual file contents typically still remain on the disk, and have not been deleted. Instead, the operating system knows it can write over this space.
This tool can destroy files, so that are impossible to recover.
