Avast Decryption Tool for SZFLocker can decrypt files that have been encrypted by the SFZLocker ransomware.
The SFZLocker ransomware has been observed in the wild since May 2016. Once it encrypts files, it changes the filenames to add the .szf extension. When you try to open an encrypted file, you instead get a message instructing you to send to email.
This tool, provided for free by Avast, can decrypt all of your files.
