Run the setup executable file and follow the instructions on screen.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the quality of the MP experience is very much determined by the
connection quality of the clients and server - running high numbers of clients
greatly exaggerates any such problems. It is therefore recommended to limit
servers to a maximum of 16 clients, unless the connection quality of all
players is known to be good (both in terms of bandwidth and stability).
