HeapMemView from NirSoft is a freeware utility that can be used by developers to trace memory leaks in their software.
The utility can display the content of all memory blocks allocated in the heap of a process selected by the user. You can export all heap memory blocks to binary files for inspecting them in the future, by selecting all memory blocks in the upper pane, and then using 'Export Memory Data To File' option.
HeapMemView works from Windows 2000 to Windows 7, as long as you get the correct download. This is the 32-bit version of the software, you can download HeapMemView for 64-bit operating systems here.
