The reason for switching to ZRLE is due to a bug in UltraVNC server implementation.

- NOTABLE FIXES
- FIX: VNC Thumbnails View: Screen artifacts appear when ZlibHex encoding is used.
- FIX: VNC Thumbnails View: Upon restoring VNC thumbnails view content, the password prompt may appear if even if you already entered the correct password previously.
- FIX: Hyper-V Thumbnails View: No thumbnails are shown for virtual machines in Saved state.
- FIX: VNC viewer: File Transfer window appears instead of the Chat window when chat is initiated from the server side.
