Text 2 Folders is a freeware tool that is designed to quickly create folders and sub-folders. It is developed by skwire.
If you need to create a large folder tree, but don't want to manually right-click and create a new folder for every one, this tool will dramatically speed up the process for you. You can import a text file with the folder information or you can enter the information manually.
