Windows 8 ModernUI Start Screen Changer is a tool to change your default Windows 8 Start Screen Background.
This tool allows you to patch imageres.dll file which holds the pictures that StartScreen uses, it will replace the last resource (PNG file) which is a flat one color picture with the one you like.
It also comes with a very useful 'Backup' function that enables you to save a copy of the file that will be patched and in case you want to put it back in place, the 'Restore' feature will come in handy.
NOTE: unpack and rename .ex_ to .exe in the 7zip file.
There are executables for 32bit and 64bits.
