NirSoft TurnedOnTimesView is a tool that probes the Event Logs in Windows and gives a history of the time ranges in which the computer was turned on.
It gets the information by analyzing the event log, and organizes it into a detailed list that displays Startup Time, Shutdown Time, Duration, Shutdown Reason, Shutdown Type, Shutdown Process, and Shutdown Code.
It also works for remote computers on the same network if you have adequate privileges.
TurnedOnTimesView doesn't require any installation process or additional dll files. In order to start using it, simply run the executable file - TurnedOnTimesView.exe
