Windows UAC Manager is a commandline utility that can very quickly and easily switch on or off User Account Control in Windows. The tool is available for free from SecurityXploded.com.
It has just four switches; -e, -d, -s -h.

WindowsUACManager.exe -d
//Display the current Status of UAC
