ProcNetMonitor is a freeware tool to monitor and analyse the network activity of processes running on your machine. The tool is available for free from SecurityXploded.com.
The tool shows all open network Ports (TCP/UDP) and active Network Connections for each process running on your Windows System.
Its Port Finder features lets you also search for particular Network Port used by any of the running processes. You can right click on any process and perform more action such as killing it, viewing properties, performing scan and so forth.
An Online Scan feature links up with VirusTotal, ProcessLibrary, Google that can help you get quick info on suspicious processes.
NOTE: Installer might include optional toolbar.
