Sometimes files are locked in Windows and cannot be deleted by the usual methods. This app will allow you to set a file or directory to be deleted while Windows is starting up, before an application has a chance to lock the file.
NOTE: For 32-bit Windows, download Delete.On.Reboot (Portable) instead.
