StartBar8 is an enhancement to Windows 8/8.1 that gives you access to the traditional Windows Desktop features within the modern UI.
You won't have to manually switch back to Desktop to get to certain features you may miss from older versions of Windows faster.
It provides Start bar what shows up when you move the pointer to the left side of the screen, and it comes with configurable buttons.
Features at a glance:
- On top of everything: StartBar8 is in the true sense of the word 'on top of everything': it can be accessed both from the classic Windows desktop, as well as from the new modern user interface
- Modern design, classic features: StartBar8 was designed in a modern style, combining tiles, start menu and file explorer features in an easy to use, scrollable user interface. You can browse through the features using the mouse wheel, or by clicking the feature title tabs

- Integrating: StartBar8 does integrate into Windows 8 in a very defensive way. It is there, all the time, but you will not notice it, because it is hidden and only there if you need it!
